Rail and intermodal decision-makers will gather in Wisła from 4–6 March 2026 for the 15th International Railway and Intermodal Congress.

The 15th edition of the International Railway and Intermodal Congress will take place from 4 to 6 March 2026 at the Crystal Mountain Hotel in Wisła, bringing together industry practitioners, policymakers and infrastructure leaders.

The event is positioned as a platform for practical discussion rather than formal presentations, focusing on real-world challenges, market outlook and implementation experience across rail freight, infrastructure and intermodal transport. Organisers highlight the emphasis on dialogue, networking and exchange of know-how in a setting designed to encourage direct debate.

The speaker line-up includes representatives from infrastructure operators, government, academia and major industry players. Among confirmed participants are Waldemar Wołosiuk (Centralny Terminal Kobylany), Paweł Buc (Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy), Marita Szustak (Polish Chamber of Land Transport), representatives of Siemens Mobility, DB Cargo, PKP LHS, European Union Agency for Railways, Politechnika Warszawska and other key institutions active in the rail and logistics sector.

The congress is organised with the support of industry partners and sponsors from across the Polish and European rail market. Registration and the detailed programme are available via the organiser’s channels.

Held in southern Poland, Wisła provides a backdrop intended to combine business debate with informal networking – a format that has become a hallmark of the congress over its previous editions.
